In today’s society women are held to a standard of “perfection” that quite frankly is absurd. All you see on t.v. are blonde haired, blue eyed, 5’ 4” modelesque women, when you see a white woman. If you are so lucky to see a black woman on tv she usually loud, obnoxious, overweight, with either a crazy weave and horrible wardrobe stylist or some straight from the starving desserts of Somalia woman with no clothes on carrying a bay on her back. Now when you go out in public you wonder why no one looks like tv or you see people copying, cutting and pasting themselves together to be more that what God created them to be. It’s sad. I know that beauty isn’t defined by a shape, size, color, height or any other physical characteristic but how many other people know that? Yes your physical attraction might get you that initial contact with someone but what happens when the unthinkable happens, they are burned in a fire, in a horrible car crash and they’re outward appearance changes, are they not still that beautiful person you met previously? Young black Women are falling victim to the whole no man will want me if I’m not this or that, so I’ll snip this, add that, hide this, tuck that until they are someone the original person doesn’t recognize. If you look at videos on youtube of Nikki Minaj prior to her signing her big record deal she wasn’t the “Barbie” she is now she was just your average hood cutie who had a dream. Now look at her she has this desire to be a “Barbie” but reports prove Barbie couldn’t be real, check this out:
Barbie’s legs are 50% longer than her arms, whereas the average woman’s legs are only 20% longer than her arms. This means that if Barbie were real, the length of her legs in proportion to her torso would make her unable to walk. Also, she would be constantly falling on her face. It has been estimated that the only way a human Barbie could walk upright would be to walk on all fours. Her feet are so proportionately small that her pointy chest would pull her continually forward on to her toes. If Barbie were human, she would need someone to support her head while crawling around because her neck is twice as long as the average woman’s. Also, Barbie weighs about 45.8kg and is 213cm in height, meaning she would have a body mass index of 10 and would lack the 17 to 22 per cent body fat required for a woman to menstruate or have children, if she wanted them. Barbie’s body would have room for only half a liver and only a few centimeters of intestines, as opposed to the usual 7.9m. She would suffer from chronic diarrhea and death from mal absorption and malnutrition.

Now if you are still aspiring to be someone, why not aspire to be someone who at least has a change to live a normal life. I said all this to say if when you look in the mirror and you are not happy with the person you see, no plastic surgeon, makeup artist, wardrobe stylist, hair dresser or any other person in the world will be able to make you feel beautiful. Beauty is an inward expression of self that radiates to the outside. The most attractive looking people are the ugliest people in the world because their inner person is just nasty.
